Shipping, Cancellations and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy:
- Product ready for shipping: 10-30 business days from order confirmation.
- Shipments via international courier.
- Shipping fees are additionally and displayed at checkout.
Cancellations:
- Customers purchasing through the website are entitled to cancel their order in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
- A cancellation request submitted within 3 hours of the purchase will be refunded in full minus applicable transaction and processing fees.
- For cancellation requests submitted after 3 hours and within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period, Ferdinand may deduct a legal cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), as permitted by law.
- After the 14-day statutory period has passed, cancellations are not eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law (e.g., defective products).
Returns:
- Returns are accepted only in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- A defect must be reported within 14 days from the date the product was received.
- Upon return and inspection of the defective product, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Monetary refunds for defective items are not provided unless required by law.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- The following costs are non-refundable: shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, transaction fees, and any additional courier surcharges.
- Only the net cost of the product may be refunded, and only in accordance with the first Section.
Refund Processing Time:
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date the returned product is received at Ferdinand’s facilities.
